Medical Appointments
All patients are encouraged to schedule an appointment so that we have the appropriate medical specialist available; however walk-in appointments are taken as doctors are available. You may schedule a medical appointment by phone or in person between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Dental Appointments
Dental appointments are scheduled in person ONLY between 9:00 am and 12:00 noon Monday through Friday. The dental clinic is unable to make appointments by phone or return phone calls to individuals requesting appointments. “To make a dental appointment, please come to the new Dental Clinic at 20 Palmetto Parkway, Suite E. You may park in the parking lot for that building, or on the street.”

Alternative Care
The Beaufort-Jasper Comprehensive Health Center and Hardeeville Clinic are alternatives for treatment. They require an appointment and charge a fee based on income. Proof of income is required.

Medical and Dental Walk-In Policy
Patients without appointments must sign in between the hours of 8:30 am and 9:30 am. There is no guarantee that you will be seen that day. Reasons for this could be that there are no available appointments, or that the doctor or dentist who can provide the needed services is not present in the clinic that day.

Emergency Care
In the event you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, you should go immediately to the emergency department at Hilton Head Regional Medical Center.
