IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR DENTAL PATIENTS

The Volunteers in Medicine Dental Clinic is moving! The dental facilities at VIM will be relocated to our adjacent building, effective December 5, 2011.

To complete the move, the dental clinic will be closed from Monday, November 14 through Friday, December 2. During that time, we will not be able to provide patient care or make dental appointments, as our equipment will be unavailable.

Beginning December 5, we will have the same clinic hours and services as we currently offer. Our telephone numbers will remain the same, but our physical address will be 20 Palmetto Parkway, Suite E.
